Terms & Conditions

We have outlined some terms and conditions that need to be followed:

1. Cancelling or requesting a refund for a prepaid package less than 48 hours before or during the package will result in an administrative fee of $25 being charged. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing last-minute cancellations and refunds, which require additional time and effort compared to cancellations made further in advance.
   
   
2. In addition, any lessons from the package that have already been concluded by the time of cancellation will be charged at their single unit value. For example, if the package was for 10 lessons at a discounted bulk rate, but 3 lessons had already been completed when the cancellation was requested, those 3 lessons would be charged at the standard single lesson rates - $60 for a 45 minute lesson, $70 for a 60 minute lesson, and $105 for a 90 minute lesson. This ensures that the service provider is still fairly compensated for lessons already provided as part of the prepaid package prior to cancellation.
   
   
3. The administrative fee and concluded lesson charges are standard policy to cover costs incurred with late cancellations. Customers are advised to provide at least 48 hours advance notice if needing to cancel or reschedule prepaid lessons to avoid incurring these fees. However, extenuating circumstances may be taken into consideration in determining if exceptions can be made to the cancellation policy and associated fees. Clear communication is encouraged to find the best resolution.
   
   
4. Must produce valid/legal learners permit or valid/legal overseas licence upon instructors request otherwise your allocated instructor has the right to refuse the lesson/test in which case the session shall be forfeited safe footwear to be worn while driving. open footwear, (barefoot) including high heels is deemed unsafe for training and driving test purposes. your allocated instructor has the right to refuse the lesson/test in which case the session shall be forfeited driving lessons and the Vicroads practical driving test are subject to instructor availability.
   
   
5. It is essential you check with your instructor for his/her availability prior to booking the driving test with Vicroads or you will need to change your test date with Vicroads at your own cost be contactable prior to a driving lesson so the instructor can sms or call you upon arrival at the meeting point. 
   
   
6. If client is not present or contactable for the commencement of a driving lesson, driving instructors shall wait a maximum of 15 minutes after which the lesson is forfeited on test day when meeting at nominated Vicroads location arrive at least 10 minutes prior to test or lesson when meeting at nominated Vicroads location have mobile phone turned on and be reachable so your allocated instructor can find you. (phone MUST be switched off during the driving test) by offering your test details you have already booked the practical driving test appointment with Vicroads as we do not book on your behalf.
   
   
7. If in error you have not booked a Vicroads practical driving test appointment or mistakenly offered us incorrect details, including incorrect date or time the session with your instructor ends. In this case we do not offer any refunds or discounts on further bookings. on Vicroads practical drive test day have all relevant documentation (including Vicroads appointment receipt, valid Hazard Perception Test (HPT) documents, eye wear and log book) relating to your personal circumstances and meet the Vicroads criteria and as specified by the Vicroads testing officer/management on the day (call Vicroads 131171 or go to official website).
   
   
8. If the Vicroads officer/management does not accept your documents (including insufficient documents) or you do not meet their criteria and the test is rejected we do not offer any refunds or discounts on further bookings on Vicroads practical drive test day have corrective eye wear (if applicable) on Vicroads practical drive test day have log book meet the expectation of the Vicroads testing officer (if applicable).
   
   
9. Overseas Drivers - present valid overseas licence and supporting documents required by Vicroads If the Vicroads officer/management does not accept your documents or you do not meet their criteria and the test is rejected the session with your instructor ends.
   
   
10. The practical drive test portion of the booking cannot be exchanged for a driving lesson 24 hour notice of (cancellation/postponement or change of pickup location) of lesson to your driving instructor via email, SMS or phone call or our office email gainexperiencedriving@outlook.com is required to better service all customers or lesson shall be forfeited 48 hour notice of cancellation/postponement of Vicroads practical drive test to your driving instructor via email, SMS or phone call or our office email gainexperiencedriving@outlook.com is required to better service all customers or the test and any lessons prior to the test shall be forfeited 48 hour notice of (cancellation/postponement or change of pickup location) of driving lesson exceeding 90 minutes to your driving instructor via email, SMS or phone call or our office email gainexperiencedriving@outlook.com is required to better service all customers or lesson shall be forfeited.
    
    
11. In the case of a refund we require bank details from the client and refund the balance to client's bank account (this is the only method of refund payment) for security purposes refund requests must be made from original email used to make the booking. we do not process refund requests via phone call. A request to switch from automatic transmission to manual transmission and vice versa within a package is considered a cancellation of package.
    
    
12. We reserve the right to refuse this request due to instructor availability packages once commenced cannot be changed to a different location from the location initially offered, as all instructors have designated areas packages are non-transferable between clients packages are non-transferable between instructors packages once commenced cannot be changed to a different package. you may however book additional lessons or another package in between the original package all pre-paid packages are valid for 3 months from date of purchase and must be completed in full within the 3 month period. After the 3 month period all forms of packages will be deemed expired.
